Madeline serves as the Communications and Content Advisor with the Center for Entrepreneurial Opportunity, a partnership between Third Way and the National Urban League.Before joining Third Way, Madeline worked as a consulting intern with Attittud in Barcelona, Spain, an associate editor for two local statewide publications with AY Media Group, a government fellow with the City of Little Rock, a marketing and resource development fellow with Heifer International, a graduate assistant at the Clinton School of Public Service, a consultant with ReMix Ideas and Advancing Black Entrepreneurship, and a social media manager at the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas. Her previous work has focused on maritime law, economic growth, and entrepreneurship.Madeline attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, earning a BA in International Studies with a minor in Legal Studies. She graduated from the Clinton School of Public Service with a Master of Public Service. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks with her rescue dog, and painting on her days off.

Rachel serves as Policy Advisor for the Center for Entrepreneurial Opportunity, a partnership between Third Way and the National Urban League. She is excited to look for innovative ways to support our nation’ most passionate small business owners. Prior to joining Third Way, Rachel spent several years working for Senator Chris Coons, where she served as a Staff Assistant and most recently as a Legislative Aide on the Economic Policy team. Rachel’s legislative portfolio included small business, housing, and other domestic economic policy issues. During her time on Capitol Hill, Rachel supported Senator Coons’s work on the Senate Small Business Committee, met with small business owners, and advanced policy to uplift entrepreneurs. Following her time on Capitol Hill, Rachel acted as a Legislative and Policy Advisor at the Small Business Administration, where she focused on policy to support women-led small businesses. Rachel attended the University of Delaware, where she studied Political Science and Women &amp; Gender Studies. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new cities, trying out coffee shops, and taking photos.
